Autism Parenting Magazine App revisa

I have downloaded this app several times from the App. Store. It does not take me to a login page nor does it offer to forward me to the login. I can only login from the browser!!

After reading all the reviews, I still went ahead and subscribed because I figured it was worth a try. I was COMPLETELY WRONG! First off, the app does not work. I paid a year subscription to not be able to access any of the issues. After contacting their “customer service” multiple times and receiving the worst service possible, I have realized the best I can do is just to warn others, since their “customer service” will resolve absolutely nothing. After reaching out to them and letting them know the app didn’t work (trust me, I tried EVERYTHING they said I had to do) and asking if I can just get a login through their website instead, they stated I would have to subscribe (AGAIN - meaning paying additional money) for an online login. It makes no sense, I already paid and have received ZERO access to any issue. Complete scam and rip off. Unacceptable.

Similar issues with other users. Unable to download content via iOS. Signed up via web and was able to access content.

This app is horrible it will not let me load onto my device at all. It keeps popping up with a message saying connect to internet and I am. I can’t stand electronics.

It’s only one star cuz I can’t post this with out tapping a star I wish they had negative starts to tap! I’ve contacted the company on 2 separate occasions trying to trouble Shoot their app so I can read what I paid for.. I’ve gone down that rabbit hole so many times doing exactly what they say I need to do to to get access to the paid material. It doesn’t work at all.! When I asked for a refund they tell me it’s pass the 30 days refund policy. They refused the give me a refund they kept sending me on a wild goose chase to try to trouble shoot the app so they could say I was no longer in the 30 days. As a parent with autism children my time is valuable I so t have time for this ring a round bull crap. What makes me more angry they claim to understand and want to help parents with autistic children but they don’t. They are just out to steal your money!

It’s been so time consuming to access issues I’ve paid for on this app. Love the magazine, but not this iPhone app.

What a disappointment. Very misleading. Nothing about this app is free. Just look at the magazine cover and google some of the topics that are on the front cover. You’ll find the same information for free :) you’re welcome.

I love this magazine, there is so much good reading and the fact that it is written by parents/caregivers is a definite bonus. I know that if I’m working through a difficult period with our grandson, I will find the help I need in here. I would also like to have print issues but there are definite good points to having it only digital. I don’t misplace one before I’ve finished an article, someone can’t borrow it and not return it, the dog can’t play tug-of-war with it, and the kids can’t tip over a bowl of soggy cereal on it. One terrific magazine, and I do want more of it when I read it!

We are new to the world of autism and the Autism Magazine subscription has been perfect for us to read up on ASD and get ideas and moral support for our journey. If you want to have back issues of the magazine, the offer is there. I have had zero trouble using the app on my cell phone, PC and iPad. I am able to print and share articles with my family. I highly recommend the app and the magazine to those who love someone with autism. H Stone

I am a retired early childhood special ed teacher who now has a grandson with Autism. The articles have been a tremendous help to my son. I highly recommend this magazine.

Love the information but the app is not great or user friendly- seems things don’t always load

They’ll take money out of your account more than once... you can’t even view the magazines and they do not refund your money!!!!!

A great resource, easy to purchase individual issues or bundles. They have had great deals on bundles over the holidays, too. The magazines are easy to access and to navigate.

Constantly clicked of. Trying to read articles was beyond annoying

I had given a single star and I am retracting it. I was with difficulty though able to download magazines that I have access to from getting a “good deal” one year subscription. I am going to read the article and apply them to my son who was born with Down syndrome but I believe also is on the Autism spectrum. Looking forward to reading

What an absolute rip off!!! This is basically an app that you pay for to then have to buy the issues!! This makes no sense

Autism Parenting Magazine is extremely helpful. The articles that are written touch on so many important topics for families to read. It’s a wonderful learning tool and just by sharing these stories can really help parents realize they aren’t alone with their day to day struggles. I highly recommend subscribing to this magazine.

Having access to this magazine is not only comforting but so helpful. I laugh, I cry, I scream "me too"! about 100 times! It's so nice to feel part of a community that understands what your going through. Accepts that it's not the exact same thing but that we are walking down a similar road and if we ever need any help... it's there. It's a family in a magazine. Article to share, information to digest, and antics to remind you to laugh! Thank you!

Can’t use this app at all

Great resource and support for parents with autistic children!

Need lot of improvement, not portable across windows and ios even i have yearly subscription. Customer care is very poor , I explained the problem multiple times but everytime they reply with standard templates, its like robot is replying not humans.

I love it, but I have some suggestions for articles to write to put in autism parenting magazine: 1. What is Vocal/Verbal Stimming 2. What are the benefits of Stimming for autistic children 3. Why do autistic children have meltdowns/shutdowns 4. What are excellent ways to calm an autistic child down

I already pd for a subscription and it seems that there is none What is going on and will a magazine come in the mail? Is this a scam? It sounded like it would be great.

Mostly a shopping app rather than an informative app.

Great app

The iOS app is garbage. No option to sign out and log in. The email customer service reps are clueless. Very slow response via email , takes many days for email reply and that too with clueless agents responding. The social media team are clueless and don’t help with anything

I bought every back issue when I became member and when I chose an issue to read it charged me for it.

I love your articles! However, I am a bit confused with which magazines I have actually purchased. I also want to have hard copies to leave around the house for relatives to read. Maybe they will pick up some pearls too!

The magazine itself is amazing I love the content I’m new to the diagnosis, but when it said for a year I thought I was going to get all the content that was being shown.... not true limited and almost $5 each for those not included. Kinda expensive for an online magazine.

The app is awful! I had no idea I was subscribing to a digital-only magazine. Not to mention, the “free” issue is really only a discount off your subscription once you subscribe. I was able to download an issue when I first subscribed, but I have no idea how to get new issues when they come out. The app is so convoluted, why don’t they stick to publishing a magazine and forgo the app? Clearly they can’t figure out how to deliver digital subscriptions.

I have the app and I have subscription to the magazine and I have yet been able to open a magazine to read it. The app keeps asking me for money. Ugh what a waste of time and money.

I just subscribed and the app freezes constantly. I’m on an iPhone 7 Plus with the latest iOS 11 update. Please fix! I subscribed for a year. 😕

It doesn't work well

I keep getting an error. Tried multiple things. I'll keep working at it . Maybe delete and re download the app

The information is a wealth of knowledge from new autism research, to apps, social stories, parenting tips, home school, going out in public, etc. it really addresses autism holistically across the life span and is for all- new or old to the world of autism!

App has never worked, I cannot download magazines. No response from support. Unhappy with this app!

Purchased a subscription so I can use the magazine for reference but guess what? They don't have it in print just online. The app itself is horrible.
